Commercial Realty was founded in 1972. Since that time, the company has been involved in the sales and leasing of all types of commercial, industrial and investment properties. In addition, we have experience in the real estate development of shopping centers, office parks and industrial facilities.
Over the years, we have worked with a number of distributors, suppliers, contractors, manufacturers and industrial clients. We have experience in industrial real estate activity in and around the North Carolina State Port at Wilmington. We have developed nationwide contacts whereby we can access prospective buyers, developers and companies interested in relocating to our beautiful area.
Through our construction company, Commercial Building & Development (CB&D), we are capable of building projects of all sizes and dollar values through our unlimited construction license.
Through our Affiliate, Harbor Island Partners, we can provide Private Equity Funding and Principal Transactions.
